Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready full-stack enterprise applications using AI-native engineering practices.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM tools for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Develop and integrate front-end and back-end components using supported programming and API technologies.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver robust, scalable, high-quality solutions efficiently.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless integration and adoption.
- Maintain quality and compliance while continuously improving software development and operational practices.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education and a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflow knowledge.
- Must-have experience in Java full-stack development.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with emphasis on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with one or more of Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, or a similar certification is preferred.
