Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance scalable frontend and backend components for full-stack enterprise applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based tools for coding, debugging, documentation, and productivity improvement.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based application features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver robust, high-performing solutions without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in software engineering, including Java full-stack development.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with an integration focus rather than model training.
- Experience with at least one backend technology such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or 15 years of full-time education.
- AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, or a similar certification is preferred.
