Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and workflows to design manual and automated test cases, prioritizing automation where appropriate.
- Perform exploratory, functional, regression, end-to-end, manual, and automated testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for repeatable scenarios.
- Expand test coverage across UI, API, and integration layers.
- Identify, document, and triage defects with reproduction steps and root-cause insights.
- Use AI tools for test-case generation, defect analysis, automated test development, and test optimization.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to support quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuously evaluate manual versus automated testing coverage.
Requirements
- Proven experience manually testing web applications and strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Strong experience with SQL and data validation.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience testing APIs and data-driven systems and working with modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfort using AI tools for test creation, code generation, debugging, or analysis.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with complex data-driven web applications, healthcare or health insurance or Medicaid domains, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, cloud-based environments, microservices architectures, and performance or load testing.
