Base Salary
$193k - $239k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning solutions for ad ranking algorithms.
- Design and implement large-scale recommendation models.
- Author specifications for new features and improvements.
- Collaborate across Roblox teams to build community-first products.
- Balance research into new technologies with practical integration into Roblox products.
- Communicate with relevant industry and technical communities and serve as a Roblox ambassador.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience designing and building scalable machine learning solutions for real-world production use cases.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- Experience with transformer-based model training, inference, and product integration is a plus.
- Ability to facilitate challenging technical decisions across multiple teams and organizations.
- Advanced degrees are preferred.
