Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, integrated Oracle Cloud Application solutions aligned with client outcomes and delivery standards.
- Own end-to-end business solution architecture across programmes and act as Design Authority for Finance.
- Shape business transformation strategies, operating models, roadmaps, and implementation approaches.
- Advise CFOs, CIOs, HRDs, programme sponsors, and other senior stakeholders on architectural options and decisions.
- Lead solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and governance forums.
- Coordinate functional, technical, integration, data, security, and reporting teams across the programme lifecycle.
- Provide design assurance, programme mobilisation support, delivery quality oversight, and solution governance.
- Coach architects and consultants and contribute to delivery assets, methodologies, recruitment, capability development, and innovation.
- Support finance transformation initiatives including process standardisation, Target Operating Models, Shared Services, and controls transformation.
- Contribute to business development through discovery, demonstrations, proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
Requirements
- Significant experience as an Oracle Cloud Solution Architect or senior Finance or Supply Chain Functional Lead leading complex Oracle Cloud Application implementations.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax, Intercompany, Subledger Accounting, and Accounting Hub.
- Strong understanding of operating models, Oracle leading practices, configuration principles, quarterly release management, security, reporting, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience designing and governing integrated Oracle Cloud solutions across Finance and connected functions including Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, HCM, EPM, reporting, data migration, integrations, and security.
- Experience applying Oracle innovations such as AI, Redwood, automation, and analytics to deliver business value.
- Experience advising senior stakeholders and leading solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and governance forums.
- SC clearance or the ability to obtain SC clearance.
