Responsibilities
- Own a hermetic build system for a 40-package monorepo targeting three architectures, including change detection and shared remote caching.
- Own CI/CD end to end, including rollback, and improve push-to-green time, queue depth, and fetch error rate.
- Design and operate fleet deployment with immutable artifacts, staged rollouts, version handshakes, drift detection, and independent abort paths.
- Define pipeline-health signals, thresholds, runbooks, automated checks, and remediation for production infrastructure.
- Secure build runners through short-lived credentials, scoped IAM, credential rotation, and CI secret scanning.
- Work with IT on GitLab, network, and identity boundaries.
- Drive measurable toil reduction and adoption of infrastructure practices across teams.
- Incorporate incident learnings into systems and reliability standards.

- Demonstrated end-to-end CI/CD ownership, including rollback and safer deployment practices.
- Deep understanding of build reproducibility, caching, cache keys, and local-versus-CI failures.
