Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver customer-focused sending products.
- Own and maintain critical infrastructure used by sending transactions across the platform.
- Make architectural decisions for core send components to improve reliability and performance.
- Focus on customer experience and solve real customer problems through engineering changes.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and contribute to continuous technical improvement.
Requirements
- Strong computer science fundamentals.
- Strong knowledge of modern technology stacks and software design concepts.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and simply.
- A product mindset focused on solving customer problems and understanding the reasons behind product decisions.
- Passion for learning, independence, curiosity, and initiative.
- Willingness to learn Wise’s technology stack and contribute across backend and frontend areas as needed.
