Responsibilities
- Monitor application systems, respond to alerts and emergencies, perform on-call duties, conduct system health checks, and optimize performance.
- Ensure operational design, processes, and data management comply with privacy, data protection, auditing, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage application-system changes, version control, release windows, and rollback strategies.
- Design and implement operational automation tools and processes while optimizing infrastructure resource allocation for scalability.
- Provide business architecture feedback and maintain operational technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in computer science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience with cloud services products and application operations.
- Experience as a Senior SRE or leading a small team is preferred.
- Familiarity with deploying and managing cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Experience with automation operations and container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
