- Collaborate with autonomy, perception, flight operations, external partners, platform integrators, C2 providers, and vehicle vendors.
- Mentor mid-level engineers, support onboarding and growth planning, interview candidates, and help define the technical skills bar.
- Lead design reviews, UI/UX prototyping, API and ICD definitions, documentation, and software quality practices.
- Own build, configuration, validation, and containerized release processes for mission-ready ground stations and C2 servers.
- Travel to test sites and support flight tests, range exercises, on-water trials, integration events, and live mission operations.
- Debug and tune performance across user interfaces, APIs, databases, network connections, radio links, and telemetry streams.
- Architect and implement post-mission debrief, telemetry analysis, log parsing, playback, and visualization utilities.
- Build automation and tools that improve deployment pipelines, testing, mission reliability, and simulation-based operator testing.
- Own interoperability and integration with A-GRA, UCI, OMS, STANAG 4586, MAVLink, and related C2 architectures.
