Base Salary
$108k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Build Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform applications with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and other enterprise data sources.
- Develop custom components, plugins, PCF controls, and APIs using C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.
- Implement role-based security and follow Power Platform security best practices.
- Lead 4–6 developers, mentor junior team members, and establish coding, deployment, and ALM standards.
- Collaborate with analysts, architects, testers, business stakeholders, and developers to deliver solutions.
- Present technical solutions and project updates and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience in software development and application delivery.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
- Proficiency with C#, JavaScript, Power Platform plugins, PCF controls, and custom APIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400) certification is required; PL-600 certification is preferred.
- Experience with React, Node.js, or other JavaScript frameworks is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, plus U.S. citizenship, are required.
