Base Salary
$120k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop highly reliable and scalable artificial intelligence pipelines.
- Create new AI applications to improve operations for engineers.
- Build AI-driven data review tools.
- Collaborate on architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Prototype key AI design concepts and quantify technical constraints.
- Own all aspects of AI software engineering and product development.
- Deep dive into engineering problems to find efficient AI solutions.
- Develop security policies to protect data and establish robust AI standards.
- Ensure AI systems are properly vetted for accuracy and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, math, or physics, or 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
- 1+ years of experience in AI software engineering, full stack development, and data science.
- Programming experience in Python, C++, or similar languages.
- Experience building LLM RAG pipelines and fine-tuning LLM models.
- Experience with AI systems, machine learning tools like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience deploying containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of version control, testing, and continuous integration.
- Front-end experience in React or similar JavaScript frameworks.
- Good understanding of statistics and machine learning algorithms.
