Base Salary
$130k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality automation for Starlink's customer base.
- Create alerts and monitoring systems for automation.
- Manage requests and stakeholders in a scalable manner.
- Report on the health and metrics of automation systems.
- Collaborate with teams to migrate automation to integrated solutions.
- Design measurable and well-scoped experiments.
- Write and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Develop automated solutions for customer experience challenges.
- Provide updates on automation performance to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, or STEM discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in engineering, software, data analytics, or operations at a technology company.
- 4+ years of experience with Python.
- Master's degree in Business or STEM field is preferred.
- Expertise in SQL and Python is preferred.
- Understanding of database structures and ETL development is preferred.
- Experience with automation technologies is preferred.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills are preferred.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
