Base Salary
$220k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to design, build, and optimize Web3 products and applications
- Develop new features and integrations to enhance existing user experiences
- Maintain and improve current platforms and web interfaces
- Write clean, performant, and well-tested code
- Collaborate with designers, infrastructure engineers, and other product engineers
- Drive large, complex projects shaping Web3 products and applications
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building and shipping user-facing products
- At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- UX/UI design and systems experience is a plus
- Web3 experience or familiarity is a plus
- Background in payments, DeFi, or TradFi is a plus
