Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve issues involving ServiceNow applications.
- Advise internal teams and lines of business on platform process and technology inefficiencies.
- Perform platform maintenance, performance monitoring, error identification, and remediation.
- Improve platform stability and apply ServiceNow best practices to remediate technical debt.
- Manage instance security, user and group access, roles, relationships, and ACLs.
- Provide platform training and knowledge to internal teams and external business partners.
- Develop and maintain a platform-wide reporting strategy.
- Analyze, design, and develop systems based on user specifications.
- Provide technical and consultative support on complex technical matters and potentially lead specific projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow platform engineering or related technical experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming.
- Preferred experience configuring and modifying ServiceNow across ITSM, CSM, Intelligent Apps, HR Service Delivery, Security Operations, GRC or IRM, SAM, ITBM, and ITOM.
- Familiarity with User Experience Tools, Service Intelligence, and Service Experiences.
- Knowledge and experience with Web Services, REST, and JSONv2.
