Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of RMS implementations, including solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical configurations and user workflows.
- Oversee RMS implementation across workstreams, including integrations and hardware components.
- Establish and standardize best practices for RMS delivery across customers.
- Facilitate customer workshops to gather requirements and validate workflows.
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support user adoption by translating product capabilities into practical use cases.
- Guide change management efforts to ensure successful product adoption.
- Identify risks, surface issues, and communicate project status effectively to stakeholders.
- Gather customer feedback and partner with Product teams to inform roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience as a product consultant, implementation specialist, or in public safety technology.
- Technical experience working with configurable or low-code platforms, including form building and workflow configuration.
- Comfortable translating business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations.
- Hands-on experience delivering software implementations from setup through launch.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience designing and delivering structured training programs for diverse audiences.
- Ability to tailor training content to both technical and non-technical users.
