Responsibilities
- Participate in a dynamic engineering team focused on the web platform's technical and architectural domains.
- Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to fulfill sprint and triage commitments.
- Support key technical decisions and document processes as services are revamped.
- Guide technical designs and ensure successful implementation of the team's roadmap.
- Foster a culture of learning and improvement within the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in building and scaling web platforms with Java, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and version control with Git.
- Experience designing and implementing complex cloud solutions, preferably AWS.
- Proven ability to drive project success in Agile environments through strategic thinking.
- Passion for coaching and mentoring team members.
