Base Salary
$158k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and integrate secure, scalable, high-performance applications and new architecture, frameworks, and technologies.
- Collaborate across the stack and with Product, Clinical Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver features that improve client and clinician experiences.
- Own and deliver several large cross-functional projects.
- Drive architecture and technical planning decisions while contributing to design, code reviews, testing, and technical standards.
- Mentor junior developers and help improve team practices, processes, stability, and technical excellence.
- Translate product ideas, specifications, and stakeholder workflows into actionable technical work and scope.
Requirements
- 5–6+ years of engineering experience owning projects and building scalable products.
- Tenured experience working in a startup environment.
- Experience with Node/Express, Python/Django, or similar technologies.
- Experience with containerization such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute with a self-starting, low-ego approach.
