Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise data loss prevention platform integrations across cloud, endpoint, network, and messaging environments.
- Design and develop custom data loss prevention capabilities, automation, and security integrations.
- Define technical strategy, architecture standards, and implementation roadmaps for data protection services.
- Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver scalable security solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to data protection capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure cybersecurity solutions align with regulatory, risk management, and operational requirements.
- Communicate with technology product leads about improvements to current and future technology solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with Data Loss Prevention technologies and enterprise-scale security controls.
- Experience in cybersecurity architecture, engineering, and platform integration across hybrid environments.
- Understanding of cloud security, endpoint protection, data classification, and information protection technologies.
- Experience with automation, scripting, and security engineering practices supporting operational efficiency.
- Ability to lead complex technology initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
- Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements related to data protection.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience is generally expected.
- Knowledge of French and English is required.
