Responsibilities
- Build and evolve resilient, scalable, and high-quality frontend web products.
- Develop responsive applications and reusable, modular components focused on maintainability and scalability.
- Participate in product decisions from discovery through production and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead tasks and projects end to end, with increasing technical and architectural influence at Senior and Staff levels.
- Ensure automated testing, application documentation, architectural decision records, and production observability.
- Analyze and improve application scalability, stability, security, and performance under high load.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, remove blockers, and recommend improvements to development practices.
- Mentor less experienced engineers, promote an inclusive feedback-oriented culture, prioritize competing demands, and participate in recruiting at Staff level.
Requirements
- Solid history of web development with a frontend focus.
- Experience with system design, code design patterns, responsive web applications, and SEO principles.
- Knowledge of microfrontend architecture, browser fundamentals, rendering strategies, API design, and BFF development.
- Experience with system observability, relational and non-relational databases, and automated software testing.
- Ability to build reusable and modular components that support code reuse, maintainability, and scalability.
- Knowledge of cloud-based architectures, high-load and concurrency optimization, migrations, and refactoring.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and practices and integrating security into development workflows.
- Strong communication, collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and ability to work with uncertainty and change.
- Pleno level: 1 to 3 years of experience; Sênior level: 3 to 8 years; Staff level: at least 8 years.
