Base Salary
$123k - $123k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and review performance metrics and dashboards for customer experience and product performance.
- Analyze trends and provide recommendations for improvements in product performance.
- Develop code and deliver software features that increase customer value and product scalability.
- Increase software release frequency through code refactoring and simplification.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class customer value.
- Stay updated on developments in AI, autonomy, and robotics to contribute to software innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of demonstrated experience in software development.
- Experience writing C++ (11+) and/or Python applications for embedded systems.
- Experience building and evaluating computer vision models for object detection and recognition.
- Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and advanced programming techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Experience with soft real-time and multi-threaded systems.
