Responsibilities
- Implement machine learning models, inference services, supporting APIs, data ingestion components, and feature engineering workflows.
- Contribute to training, evaluation, deployment, orchestration, and agentic AI pipelines.
- Support LLMOps processes including model deployment, versioning, and prompt management.
- Implement monitoring and observability for token usage, model drift, hallucinations, reliability, and performance.
- Operationalize research prototypes and support validation, rollout, and iteration of AI features.
- Debug issues across LLM layers, applications, data ingestion, and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, engineering teams, and clients on AI-driven features.
- Participate in planning, estimation, technical discussions, documentation, and shared engineering standards.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning.
- Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong software engineering background using Python or a similar language.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and scalable data processing.
- Experience contributing to ML pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
- Working knowledge of MLOps concepts such as model versioning and monitoring.
- Ability to debug issues across model, application, and infrastructure layers.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
- Preferred qualifications include exposure to generative AI, LLM-based systems, retrieval-augmented generation, cloud-based AI platforms, infrastructure-as-code, DevOps, consulting or delivery-focused environments, and AWS.
- AWS certifications at the Associate or Professional level, or equivalent practical AWS expertise, are preferred.
