Responsibilities
- Build and maintain cross-platform Flutter applications for Android, iOS, and Web.
- Implement complex state management using BLoC and Cubit and apply clean architecture principles.
- Integrate APIs and product data while optimizing application performance and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain unit, widget, integration, and end-to-end testing coverage.
- Work with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver responsive and secure user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, refactoring, debugging, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Configure, tune, and design reusable AI coding-agent workflows for exploration, implementation, testing, and other engineering activities.
- Contribute to a modular monorepo, code-quality tooling, static analysis, and automated testing practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Flutter development experience.
- Strong Dart programming fundamentals and proficiency with Flutter 3.27.3 or later and Dart 3.10.0 or later.
- Strong experience with BLoC and Cubit for state management in large applications.
- Understanding of clean architecture, performance optimization, API integration, and data handling.
- Experience with multiple testing approaches and a strong focus on clean, maintainable code.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems and collaborate through code reviews and technical discussions.
- Strong understanding of AI coding agents and agent harnesses, including context management, tool use, planning and execution loops, and permissions.
- Ability to configure coding agents for large codebases and design reliable, repeatable AI workflows.
- Valuable qualifications include Flutter Web, Firebase, GitHub Actions, monorepo tools such as Melos, custom UI and design systems, platform integrations, payment systems, marketing platforms, security implementations, BigQuery, native mobile, and web development experience.
- Additional valuable experience includes building custom agents or subagents, MCP or similar tool-integration protocols, repository-level AI conventions, and evaluating agent performance across models and workflows.
