Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance scalable front-end and back-end components for enterprise applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Integrate front-end and back-end systems, pre-built AI services, and APIs.
- Implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and scalability.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on solution integration and adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with emphasis on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with one or more backend technologies such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases and REST or GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development and CI/CD pipelines.
