Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Train trillion parameter neural networks at scale and smaller specialized models.
- Rapidly implement the latest state-of-the-art methods from deep learning literature.
- Innovate new ideas for pretraining and new scaling paradigms.
Requirements
- Strong engineering skills with a passion for model-hardware co-design.
- Expertise in machine learning and large model scaling, familiar with scaling laws.
- Experience with distributed training and optimizing ML training efficiency.
