Base Salary
$140k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development of the AI platform with emphasis on scalability, speed, performance, and user experience.
- Architect and develop responsive frontend solutions using React.
- Implement scalable backend infrastructure, API integrations, and platform connections with attention to security and reliability.
- Manage deployment workflows and software delivery using DevOps practices, containerization, cloud infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product leads, machine learning engineers, and data scientists to build functional AI solutions.
- Participate across the application lifecycle, including coding, debugging, testing, maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and potential integrations to improve the platform and operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience building high-usage B2B software applications.
- Proficiency with React and responsive, high-performance web application development.
- Experience with server-side languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Experience with deployment pipelines, containerization such as Docker, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, API integration, and JSON or XML data exchange.
- Familiarity with Git, software testing, and continuous integration and deployment practices.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Passion for ad tech and interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
