Responsibilities
- Turn the product roadmap into working software and deliver measurable value for users.
- Speak directly with users to understand their needs and inform product direction.
- Maintain, refactor, and scale the codebase as the product develops.
- Use AI agents regularly as part of the software development workflow.
Requirements
- Track record of shipping software products to end users.
- Technical work experience or a strong academic background in computer science or a related field.
- User-centered product mindset with the ability to identify needs that apply across customers.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Early-stage startup, B2B SaaS, LegalTech, RegTech, or AI/ML experience is helpful.
- Entrepreneurial approach and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
Benefits
- Salary range of €65,000 to €75,000 annually.
- Hybrid position based in Munich, Germany, with an expectation of four days per week in the office.
