Responsibilities
- Track AI developments, capabilities, attack techniques, and emerging security risks.
- Build and maintain threat models covering AI usage across Fireblocks’ platform, internal tooling, and third-party services.
- Discover and assess AI usage, configurations, and security posture across the company.
- Design, implement, and operate AI security tooling, controls, infrastructure, and projects end to end.
- Research and deploy open-weight models for security incident investigation and response.
- Collaborate with Security, R&D, and business stakeholders to make AI usage secure by default.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience spanning AI/ML with hands-on exposure to both.
- At least 3 years of experience in engineering or R&D roles.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and production AI workloads.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML system architecture, including model deployment, inference infrastructure, RAG, pipelines, and agent frameworks.
- Hands-on experience configuring and rolling out AI tools and platforms for broad internal audiences.
- Experience with open-weight or open-source models in production or research settings.
- Demonstrated ability to design, ship, and operate security tooling or infrastructure end to end.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Nice-to-have experience with OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS, SOC/IR tooling, threat intelligence, or offensive security.
