Responsibilities

Architect OpenUSD-based industrial digital twins.
Design sim-to-real robotics pipelines and optimize NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac ecosystems.
Lead HPC infrastructure design and multi-GPU training environments.
Integrate real-time IoT telemetry into simulation platforms.
Ensure physics-accurate, GPU-accelerated simulation for enterprise-scale industrial automation.
Bridge simulated and physical systems, optimize performance, and influence enterprise stakeholders.

8+ years of deep infrastructure and software engineering experience.
At least 2–3 years of experience with NVIDIA Omniverse Enterprise, including Nucleus, Kit, and Connectors.
Deep expertise in spatial computing, robotics simulation, and GPU-accelerated systems.
Experience with OpenUSD schema design, composition, and variants; NVIDIA Isaac Sim; Isaac Lab; OmniIsaacGymEnvs; sim-to-real; domain randomization; and reinforcement learning pipelines.
Experience with RTX rendering, Omniverse USD APIs, Kit SDK, ROS/ROS2, NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin, OVX/DGX infrastructure, and multi-GPU training.
Strong leadership, systems thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and enterprise stakeholder communication skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally and good command of English.
Preferred: NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute certifications, Omniverse extensions and custom connectors, synthetic data generation pipelines, NVIDIA Metropolis or edge AI integration, advanced ray tracing, real-time physics solvers, CUDA optimization, GPU performance tuning, and Kafka, MQTT, or OPC UA integration.

Hybrid work in Wrocław, Katowice, or Warsaw: two days in the office and three days remote.
Occasional travel is required.
