Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, FSM, and ITBM modules.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other applications using JavaScript, SOAP, REST, and SSO-SAML.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, and Jelly.
- Use ServiceNow APIs and client- and server-side JavaScript for development and integrations.
- Create and maintain business rules, script includes, UI actions, Flow Designer elements, scheduled jobs, and client scripts.
- Drive continuous improvement of ServiceNow implementation methodologies and service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extend ServiceNow across departments and geographies.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues and queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of total work experience, including 3-8 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM, CSM, FSM, and ITBM.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, third-party integrations, and API usage.
- Experience with JavaScript, AJAX, SOAP, REST, and SSO-SAML integration.
- Familiarity with UI development using CSS, HTML, Jelly, and UI Macros.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Preferred experience with relational databases including MySQL and Oracle.
- Understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
