Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise SIEM and SOAR platforms for cyber defence operations.
- Onboard, normalize, and enrich security telemetry from a broad range of systems.
- Develop Python-based automation workflows, integrations, and solutions to improve security operations.
- Manage detection content, platform configurations, and automation deployments.
- Partner with Cyber Defence and engineering teams to improve platform performance, detection coverage, and automation effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience engineering and supporting enterprise SIEM and/or SOAR platforms in a security operations, cybersecurity, or platform engineering environment.
- Strong technical skills in log management, telemetry onboarding, security automation, and platform integration.
- Hands-on experience with scripting, API integration, and automated solution development.
- Knowledge of cloud security logging, Microsoft 365, Entra ID telemetry, and modern security monitoring practices.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, automation, and continuous-improvement skills.
