Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex software applications.
- Design customer-facing user interfaces and back-end services for diverse projects.
- Collaborate with developers and the UX team on front-end components and application design.
- Run diagnostic tests, identify bugs, and ensure applications work across devices and browsers.
- Recommend and implement improvements to processes, tools, and technologies.
- Stay informed about advancements in modern development technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, or a related field.
- Experience building web applications with modern web frameworks and core web technologies.
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases and responsive web applications.
- Familiarity with RESTful API integration and asynchronous operations.
- Experience working with a UI/UX team and understanding of UX principles.
- Comfort with version control systems, including Git.
- Strong organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residence is required due to the federal position.
