Base Salary
$75k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive test cases, test plans, test scenarios, and risk-based test strategies.
- Test iOS, Android, and web applications through functional, regression, exploratory, API, and RESTful service testing.
- Conduct non-functional testing for performance, scalability, and security.
- Log, assign, and track defects using designated defect tracking tools.
- Communicate testing progress, issues, and resolutions to internal and external teams.
- Validate and sign off on new features and functionality after thorough testing.
- Use AWS, Linux/Unix environments, and GitLab CI/CD processes to support testing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and DevOps teams to clarify requirements and improve testing plans and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven experience testing both web and mobile applications, including iOS and Android.
- Experience with API/RESTful service testing.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and experience with AWS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, particularly in GitLab.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience working with or closely alongside DevOps teams is desirable.
- Proficiency in non-functional testing is a plus.
- Passion for or knowledge of sports, sports betting, online games, or casino games is a plus.
