Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis for developing test cases and scripts for websites, APIs, and infrastructure.
  • Perform manual testing and build automated tests to validate application quality.
  • Test AI-driven solutions, automate regression testing, and assess application performance and functionality.
  • Develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, strategies, and procedures.
  • Provide application-readiness feedback for migrations to business analysts and product owners.
  • Provide usability and functionality feedback to developers and recommendations on customer issues.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior testers and team members.
  • Contribute to prioritization, estimation, and acceptance-criteria definition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in the software development industry.
  • 2–3 years of experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver using Python, C#, or Java.
  • 2–3 years of experience testing and automating web services and RESTful APIs using Python or Java.
  • 2–3 years of API and performance testing experience using tools such as Apache JMeter.
  • Strong experience with Python, Java, and C#/.NET.
  • Experience with CI/CD technologies such as Bamboo, Bitbucket, Octopus, and Maven.
  • Knowledge of software engineering practices across the software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, automation, and operations.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum, SonarQube, and New Relic.
  • Understanding of AI systems and AI testing concepts is preferred; familiarity with agents, MCP, and agentic AI systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, learning, and problem-solving skills.
