Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready generative AI solutions.
- Build and scale enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.
- Integrate graph-based memory and tool-using agents with LLM systems.
- Implement multi-agent orchestration and reasoning systems using frameworks such as AutoGen and LangGraph.
- Use LLM frameworks and libraries including LangChain, AutoGen, and LangGraph.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python or other code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable GenAI systems.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and maintainability through software engineering practices.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering, including at least 2 years of hands-on GenAI experience.
- The posting separately lists 4 to 7 years of required experience.
- Experience building and deploying GenAI systems using LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude 2, or Gemini.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of RAG systems and multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or AutoGen.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud-native deployments.
- Understanding of software engineering practices including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
- Experience with graph-based memory and LLM tool-use patterns.
- Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Engineering, or MBA qualification.
- Preferred experience includes tool-using agents, memory-augmented or cognitive architectures, open-source GenAI contributions, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LLM optimization, evaluation, prompt engineering, and production-scale AI deployments.
