Base Salary
$154k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and optimize a low-latency, high-throughput AI Security plane using Rust.
- Build resilient, distributed, and scalable systems with a focus on concurrency and fault tolerance.
- Implement and maintain gRPC services and APIs for seamless integration.
- Enhance performance across the stack, including LLM models, using profiling tools.
- Lead complex, multi-functional projects and define the technical roadmap.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Deep experience in systems programming using Rust, focusing on asynchronous frameworks.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable, highly available distributed systems.
- Strong command of Linux internals, including kernel-user space interaction.
- Skilled in performance instrumentation, containerized environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
