Base Salary
$143k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and influence the technical direction of Power Platform Core products.
- Design and implement hands-on full-stack solutions spanning client, service, and data layers.
- Lead proof-of-concept projects and evaluate emerging technologies for adoption.
- Create design documents, identify dependencies, and drive cross-product project and release plans.
- Mentor engineers and promote extensible and maintainable code across products.
- Serve as a Designated Responsible Individual, including on-call monitoring for degradation, downtime, and service interruptions.
- Improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance at scale.
- Oversee engineering systems for scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead integration of AI features with applied science teams.
- Engage strategic customers to understand needs, guide solution design, and support successful adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Experience coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Preferred: master's degree and 8+ years of technical engineering experience, or bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with AI/ML, data science, or applied science.
- Preferred familiarity with modern web frameworks, microservices, API design, CRM, CMS, or Power Platform.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with global teams.
