Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications and multi-platform solutions.
- Apply industrial-strength coding standards with a focus on security, performance, and system robustness.
- Collaborate with related teams and provide technical guidance and consulting internally and externally.
- Write API-level and project-level documentation as needed.
- Participate in release planning to minimize end-user impact.
- Identify improvements that enhance project quality and client value.
- Manage development work with fiscal responsibility for the agency and its clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2–3+ years of web development experience.
- Experience with at least one high-level programming language such as C#, NodeJS, PHP, or Go.
- Experience with at least one database management system such as MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with version control software such as Git, Mercurial, or Subversion.
- Experience with HTML and CSS.
- Experience or familiarity with a frontend framework such as React, jQuery, VueJS, Bootstrap, or AngularJS is preferred.
- Familiarity with SOA, N-tier architectures, RESTful services, SOAP, JSON, microservices architecture, and continuous integration/deployment tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
