Responsibilities
- Develop and implement software solutions for HMH control systems and products.
- Integrate software solutions with other products and systems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and manage software deliverables.
- Collaborate with the aftermarket team to support the installed base.
- Follow HMH’s vision, values, strategies, policies, and professional standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation and Control Systems, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency with HMI software such as WinCC and Cimplicity.
- Demonstrated proficiency with VBA, C++, and C# programming.
- Experience with Siemens PLC platforms using Simatic Classic, TIA Portal, and DasyLab.
- Experience with PLC languages including FEB, STL, and SCL.
- Experience with Profinet, Ethernet, Profibus, and Modbus industrial networks.
- Experience with process and/or machine-control systems in an industrial environment.
- Experience applying control systems in oil and gas, particularly offshore drilling equipment and pressure-control systems.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and SQL database management.
- Instrumentation and electrical-circuit experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, organizational, and detail-oriented skills are required; English and Portuguese communication skills are specified.
