Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision, design, and delivery of complex software solutions across multiple technical domains.
- Drive system design, API development, and data modeling for secure, maintainable, and high-performing platforms.
- Guide and mentor engineering teams while fostering technical excellence and innovation.
- Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions using responsible AI practices.
- Improve operational excellence through robust software development practices and scalable engineering processes.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, connectivity, and other cross-functional partners to deliver resilient technology solutions.
- Build and deploy neural search, embedding-based retrieval, ranking, personalization, and real-time inference systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent related professional experience.
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Expertise in large-scale system architecture, technical decision-making, and delivery of complex multi-domain solutions.
- Proven ability to design and operate secure, high-quality, scalable software systems.
- Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, workflows, and real-world AI/ML applications.
- Experience leading architectural transformation and modernization initiatives for large distributed systems.
- Experience guiding engineering organizations through significant growth, change, or complexity.
- Full-stack engineering expertise across multiple technical domains and platforms.
- Experience with neural search, embedding-based retrieval, vector databases, semantic search, and large-scale similarity search with sub-100ms latency requirements.
- Strong experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow for production ML systems, including ranking models, personalization engines, real-time inference pipelines, model serving, and online/offline evaluation.
