Base Salary
$307k - $427k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead migration from batch-oriented planning to a Continuous Capacity Delivery model with automated network build signals and material procurement.
- Architect and drive implementation of low-latency systems that evaluate the real-world buildability of network plans and designs.
- Model real-time constraints including material supply, workforce availability, and power and space limitations.
- Develop Signals, Recommendations, and Intelligence systems that generate automated replanning and vendor-substitution recommendations.
- Drive software capabilities supporting major architectural shifts in network planning and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience creating a shared vision with clear communication and a leadership approach.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field such as Networking or Security Systems.
- Preferred: deep understanding of current AI and ML capabilities.
- Preferred: ability to influence and lead without direct authority, upskill teams, and drive alignment across teams.
- Preferred: experience integrating AI-driven solutions into large-scale systems and improving development, testing, and network design processes.
- Preferred: proven success leading complex network or networked infrastructure transformations from concept through deployment.
