Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Create and lead the technical design and development of software, cloud, automation, data, and MLOps solutions.
- Develop and support batch and real-time data processing pipelines using Python, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and cloud-based data services.
- Operate and automate Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure and platform environments, including Kubernetes/OpenShift and containerized systems.
- Support model deployment pipelines and AI/ML operationalization through MLOps platforms.
- Apply DevOps, infrastructure automation, monitoring, cloud security, and operational-excellence practices.
- Lead complex technical initiatives, influence architectural decisions, facilitate problem resolution, and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
- Provide technical guidance to colleagues and review software coding, testing, and documentation.
- Own and support mission-critical production systems and enterprise-scale platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered instead.
- 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps platforms, model deployment pipelines, AI/ML operationalization, and data-driven platforms.
- Strong experience with Azure or AWS cloud operations, DevOps practices, platform engineering, automation, Kubernetes/OpenShift, containerization, monitoring, and cloud security.
- Experience with Python, Spark or PySpark, Kafka, Airflow, SQL, Hadoop, and cloud-based data services.
- Ability to lead complex technical initiatives, influence architecture, manage stakeholders, troubleshoot problems, and communicate effectively.
- Preferred knowledge includes Agile methodology, code reviews, debugging, project management, requirements analysis, software development, system design, technical design, application delivery, application testing, and software integration.
