Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact Health Coach projects.
- Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
- Facilitate alignment across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
- Build foundational intelligence and full-stack platforms for personalized, agent-driven health and wellness experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in Java, Python, Kotlin, or C++.
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred experience processing time-series, wearable/sensor, or biometric data.
- Preferred experience with agent orchestration, single-agent reasoning loops, tool-use/function calling, agentic data grounding, evaluation frameworks, and multi-agent simulation.
