Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and integrate scalable full-stack enterprise software components.
- Build front-end and back-end applications with seamless system integration.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and delivery acceleration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on solution integration and adoption.
- Deliver robust, high-performing software using engineering best practices and SDLC processes.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, including copilots and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with an integration focus rather than model training.
- Experience with one or more backend technologies such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
