Responsibilities
- Build, operate, and evolve the Salesforce platform supporting loan origination applications across LATAM markets.
- Develop standardized Salesforce deployment and operations tooling aligned with enterprise and cybersecurity requirements.
- Automate provisioning, deployment pipelines, environment management, and observability workflows using Gearset and Azure DevOps.
- Improve platform performance, resiliency, high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement automated compliance controls, including Splunk SIEM integration and SSL enforcement.
- Participate in on-call rotations and resolve platform incidents during Salesforce and application release windows.
- Monitor usage, cost drivers, and scaling strategies to support platform FinOps.
- Collaborate with product, business, testing, software development, and platform engineering teams to improve delivery standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience across system design, scripting, testing, CI/CD, observability, and security.
- Experience building scalable and resilient platforms for servicing applications.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with Gearset, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Nebula Logger, Splunk, and Azure App Insights.
- Familiarity with Chaos Engineering, AI-assisted development tools, and Agile environments.
- Expertise in root cause analysis and problem management.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT or engineering, including at least 4 years in platform, cloud, or DevOps roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering field, or commensurate experience.
- Verbal and written proficiency in English and Portuguese and/or Spanish.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
