Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and monitor AI solutions for clients.
- Work on traditional AI projects including object detection and sales prediction, as well as generative AI projects involving RAG and agents.
- Ensure high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Coach and help develop a team of one to three AI engineers.
- Contribute to internal training, technical convictions, conferences, articles, client discussions, guilds, and other technology community initiatives.
- Participate in data engineering project phases when client needs are primarily data-focused.
Requirements
- Significant experience with at least one hyperscaler: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong interest in traditional and generative AI, with regular learning about new developments.
- Commitment to code quality, pragmatic client solutions, and effective working methods.
- Openness to contributing to data engineering work.
