Responsibilities
- Drive technical decisions and front-end architecture for the Virtual Graph UI.
- Build complex, data-rich web applications with React.
- Contribute across backend systems, cloud technologies, database connectivity, query-engine functionality, and the Aura console.
- Work with technologies including Java, Scala, SQL, Cypher/GQL, Go, TypeScript, JDBC, and React.
- Collaborate across the product and help maintain software architecture as systems scale.
- Mentor other engineers and help guide the team’s technical direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of practical software engineering experience.
- Deep front-end development experience with React, including the ability to drive technical decisions and architecture.
- Experience building complex, data-rich web applications.
- Willingness to work beyond the front end and learn new languages, backend systems, and cloud technologies.
- Backend experience with Java, Scala, or Go is ideal, with JVM experience beneficial but not required.
- Experience or interest in cloud-native development, Kubernetes, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, distributed databases, database internals, JDBC, HTTP-based drivers, or software architecture is advantageous.
