Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs using .NET Core and .NET 6+.
- Architect and implement scalable, resilient, and maintainable microservices-based solutions.
- Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes, including AKS, EKS, or on-premises Kubernetes.
- Design and optimize database schemas, write complex queries, and maintain data integrity using SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code; participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot production issues and help ensure high availability and performance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and propose improvements to the technology stack and processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience focused on .NET and .NET Core.
- Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming principles.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing microservices and distributed systems.
- Practical Kubernetes experience in at least one environment: Azure Kubernetes Service, Amazon EKS, or on-premises Kubernetes.
- Solid database design and development experience, particularly with PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design, message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Kafka, and cloud concepts.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with written and spoken English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Preferred: experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and their managed services; knowledge of Docker and containerization best practices; understanding of Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK; spoken Chinese language skills.
