Responsibilities
- Turn customer problems and product ideas into working prototypes and production features.
- Use AI agents and tooling to design, build, test, and ship software while reviewing their output.
- Make product decisions about priorities, scope, and quality thresholds for shipping.
- Set up evaluation and monitoring to assess whether launched features are working effectively.
- Collaborate with customers, support, and the product team to identify high-leverage work.
- Iterate on shipped products based on user feedback and live performance.
Requirements
- Around 1–2+ years of experience and a solid technical foundation in software systems, data flow, and debugging.
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping products or features through side projects, internships, jobs, hackathons, or small tools.
- Experience working on a team, including giving and receiving feedback and participating in reviews.
- Early-career product sense and the ability to identify user needs and evaluate product quality.
- Regular use of AI and agents as development tools, with the judgment to verify their output.
- Ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to move quickly and challenge existing practices.
- Preferred: experience at a SaaS or product company, independently built side projects, or hands-on experience with evaluations, inference costs, and model failure modes such as hallucinations.
