Responsibilities

  • Conduct short-term consulting engagements with clients to assess their Unreal Engine adoption and success needs.
  • Demonstrate Unreal Engine’s value in addressing industry-specific challenges.
  • Identify customer needs and risks, define deliverables, and scope work to address them.
  • Recommend animation workflows and optimizations based on industry expertise and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, learning teams, and technical resources to develop onboarding plans and provide implementation assistance.
  • Monitor plans and deliverables, manage scope, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide client mentoring, hands-on training, live demonstrations, and event support.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience using Unreal Engine in animation projects.
  • At least 4 years of customer-facing experience, such as Sales, Support, or Training, ideally supervising projects or serving as a project lead.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Animation.
  • Extensive experience with animation software and workflows.
  • Strong creative, methodical, and persistent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at varying levels and build effective relationships.
  • Must live in China and be fluent in Chinese and English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
