Responsibilities

Lead AI-enabled SaaS implementation and deployment at customer sites.
Conduct business analysis to identify core business challenges and strategic goals.
Perform product configuration, customization, and AI feature integration based on customer requirements.
Design and implement agent integrations with customer’s existing agent.
Develop AI-driven automation workflows using LLM, RAG, and AI Agent technologies.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer to customer teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of software development or technical implementation experience.
Proven experience in native enterprise AI project development at industry-leading technology firms.
Proficient in at least one programming language (Python/Java/JavaScript).
Experience with LLM application development, RAG, Prompt Engineering, or AI Agent.
Familiar with API integration, RESTful APIs, and system integration patterns.
Strong communication skills and ability to work at customer sites.
