Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for Romax software.
  • Deliver on-site customer training, routine technical troubleshooting, and consulting projects.
  • Maintain software and conduct applied technical research.
  • Develop training documents and videos, translate software UI and technical manuals, and compile industry application cases.
  • Support seminars, exhibitions, and on-site customer technical workshops.
  • Draft and present technical proposals and assist with identifying potential sales leads.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Vehicle Engineering, or a related discipline; the requirement may be relaxed to a bachelor’s degree for particularly outstanding candidates.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the transmission or gearbox industry.
  • Familiarity with gear-drive design, calculation, analysis workflows, and gearbox durability, NVH, and efficiency verification methods.
  • Proficiency in parametric design of involute cylindrical gears and contact and bending fatigue evaluation under ISO/DIN standards.
  • Experience selecting rolling bearings and calculating bearing load, stiffness, and service life under relevant ISO/DIN specifications.
  • Ability to read English technical literature and communicate orally in English.
  • Customer service awareness and a modest, prudent, and responsible working style.
